helpful staff breakfast selection great amenities
I found the staff helpful . The breakfast offered a good selection of items. The gym and sauna were great amenities. I really enjoyed using them. I thought .
I found that there was no minibar in the room, a bit inconvenient. I would have liked to have cold drinks available without having to go to the lobby.

high-quality options breakfast variety awful service available minibar
The room was super clean. It also felt very well maintained. Breakfast had a great variety of high-quality options, that I have to say.
The minibar was not available. Snacks advertised were not what they had, I found that annoying. Staff in the bar and restaurant gave awful service and that is a understatement in my book.

direct connection luggage service clean room
The location is near a U-Bahn station with a direct connection to the city center. I was able to leave my luggage at the reception after checkout (a very useful service). The room was very clean. Breakfast included plenty of choices.
The gym could use additional equipment.

underwhelming stay
rude staff customer service
the location offered decent access to the train station.
the staff in the bar were unbelievably rude to me! i asked for a simple cup of tea and was practically yelled at for it. apparently, they don't serve tea or coffee, even though i was told otherwise earlier. the guy with the 'weird bun' seemed to have a major attitude problem and zero customer service skills.
